I got really fed up with Morrigan in my first game. So when I started over again I told her to get lost at the first chance I got. Which for me was right after I killed the "toll collectors" when you enter Lothering. The bug is that she still spoke her mind during the cut-scene that came when you step down the stairs into Lothering. She doesn't show ingame, it's just her disembodied voice saying her lines hehe.
