What in the Hell are we going to do after Dragon Age Awakening?

Do we seriously have to wait over a year before we get another Bioware fix? I don't know if I can wait that long! What do you plan to do to hold you over?
I just hope Alpha Protocol is good.

Aside from that however, I can't think of anything else to hold me over.
I can already use the Dragon Age toolset to enhance my scrogging experience.

Damn. Are there at least any Bioware-like games coming out in the near future? I heard Alpha Protocol may have a Bioware style to it except it takes place in the present. That sounds pretty cool.

Yeah, AP looks good. It'll be curious to see how Obsidian is as a developer when they don't have LucasArts rushing their game out the door months early.

If Bioware keeps up with the pace they've set for DLC and expansions so far, there will probably be another expansion by the end of the year.
I suspect this as well.
We'll also see some DLC for Awakening sometime during the summer, I'd bet.

I wouldn't mind if the next expansion not out till end of year or DA 2 not out till next year, regrading Alpha Protocol, i hold judgement till it's out and seen people reviews, outside of that, alot of uninspiring games coming out, and i really don't want to buy a X360 to get perfect dark redux

That being said, I think unless they've already come close to completing other expansion packs, we're going to be waiting a long long time for another Dragon Age Expansion.

Even if it's a bioware game, for me, mmos = no, spent 4 years on them and never again.Dethanos wrote...

They did say that Awakening was the largest expansion they were doing, but they also said they had 2 years worth of DLC. Have to wait and see...
The guy who said that later clarified his statement. He meant to say that Awakening was the biggest they had released to date, comparing it to the DLCs, but it wasn't meant as a comparison for future expansion packs.

As much as I love Bioware, I'm going to pass on this game. I refuse to play games that I have to play on other people's time.

The problem with MMORPGs is that I cannot conveniently experience all of the content unless I take the time and dedication to work with many other people via a guild. This usually involves doing tedious grinding activities like material gathering, daily quests, running the same instances over and over again in the hopes of something dropping by chance.
It's just an absolute chore. It's like a job except I pay for it rather than getting paid.
