i have the blood dragon armor code and the shale code which i bought with the game, then i redemeed the code from the main menu under downloadable content i tried the all probabilities but the code was invalid all the time:((
Then i tried to redeem it from the website but when i entered the code it gave me this mesage "That code has already been used, and cannot be redeemed again." which made me crazy next i entered to the game promotions and i saw this "---" under the download section of both fury and armor

I ahve the same issue I got my Blood armour to work and all the other DLC is working fine. Ea validated Shale on my account but it isn't represented on the download tab either. I've been battling with a customer support employe from EA about this to find a workaround but he claims there is none.
Deleting the install files & formatingen your PS3 won't help .. Well at least it didn't for me... you'll lose your DA:O saves because you can't back them up on an external drive/USB...
