I've reported the bug here, had them tell me they are working on fixing it and nothing. There has been another patch and from what I can tell all 3 of my games are still unbeatable because I'm in redcliffe castle courtyard and an Alpha Ogre is supposed to spawn, but it hasn't. I've been stuck here for months and on several characters.
This needs to be fixed, I know I'm not the only one suffering of it, it's a fairly annoying glitch since it's so far into the game and it seems to come randomly, however it happens more often then it does not for me.
Bioware this needs to be fixed, this is not the kind of service I have expected from your company, you have given us many great titles with very few game breaking bugs that aren't fixed, but this one has just gone on too long.
I'm tired of being nice about this, this bug needs fixed.

Sorry to be the bearer of bad news but you are essentially wasting your time asking for any fixes in this forum. It is obvious that BW does not care about the xbox version of this game and will continue to do nothing to support it.

Yeah. Bioware seems to be allergic to testing their games before release to clean up bugs/glitches.

This is the most frustrating game I've ever played. Bugs, bugs, and more bugs. And Bioware does nothing. They don't even say they are going to help. I wish there was some way to slander them, like put a big F*** you Bioware on the front of GameInformer or something.
