Spell Tomes:
1. Merchant at camp
2. Wonders of Thedas (Dennerim)
3. Quartermaster at Circle of Magi tower
4. Intimidate Desire demon or surrender Conner to her for free tome
Not sure about the physical ability or skill tomes, but they should be in similar places.
