We could use some new armour though. Maybe Brazillian Power Thong armour?

@SLPr0 - seriously? If you bought a new copy of ME2 then you haven't had to pay a penny for ANY of the DLC thus far. I've never understood why people get so up in arms and irritated about what they get for DLC. Once the game is out, they aren't required to make anything else for a game (at least not in my mind), thus anything you get beyond that is au-grat and it's completely up to you whether or not to spend the money (or in this case the few minutes) to download it.
As for DA: O and it's DLC... I don't know about RtO, but I do know that they've given plenty of decent DLC for it as well, and all of it was free with my purchase of a collectors edition. I'm not saying it's the best DLC ever made, but the fact that Bioware even puts this stuff out, and for decent prices/free... it's not something to complain about. Plus you have about two years between now and ME3 (most likely) so you cannot demand all the good DLC within the first few months of owning the game. Geeze... take what you get. Play what you want, and go to another game while you wait.
No I have the Collectors Edition, Cerberus Network came with my purchase, I got it free, just saying thats about what its worth.
I'd have no problem at all paying BioWare for DLC content, I did buy Pinnacle Station after all (Bring Down the Sky was free, Pinnacle Station, which was basically an ME deathmatch simulator with a minor storyline and a reward cost 7 dollars?) .
What I'm saying is I'd rather not be peppered with useless crap for free, as compared to paying 5 - 10 bucks a month for pieces of real content.
Additional Heavy Weapons mean very little to me, if they really want to make me go O.O, instead of releasing one heavy weapon, the release a weapons research project that allows you to create not only new forms of all weapons but armor upgrades as well.
Thats the kind of content that would make me not only be extremely grateful for it, if it was free, but more than willing to pay 5 - 10 dollars here and there to buy that kind of stuff.
DLC shouldn't be little useless bits of content, and defending the company by saying "they're not required to do anything once the game is released" is a bit one sided since the developers themselves have promised DLC content spanning the entire time between ME2 and ME3, if they weren't to develop this DLC content, regardless of them not being required to they'd be falling short of their promise.
And BioWare hasn't exactly lived up to expectations in the DLC fufillment market, DA:O was a great game, the DLC plans for it were ambitious too, and DLC that occurred was minimal (Wardens Keep/Stone Prisoner don't count, they were the DA:O Equivalent of the Normandy Crash Site/Zaeed DLC's, pre-release created DLCS) after release, it sort of went down the tubes far as DLC went other than the release of The Edge...a rather useless dagger in a game full of daggers where daggers were BUGGED and fairly useless even in the hands of a Rogue/Duelist.
And its sort of the same here with ME2, they come out the gate with a great game, throw in some pre-release DLC stuff for free which is pretty good, make a lot of DLC promises, then release a relatively useless heavy weapon, in a game where heavy weapons are relatively useless except in extremely circumstantial situations.
And they did promise DLC for Mass Effect to, it only ever got two DLC additions in the two years between Mass Effect and Mass Effect 2. Bring Down the Sky was the equivalent of a glorified planetary exploration mission, and Pinnacle Station was a death match simulator sans multiplayer component.
I'm just saying I hope that future DLC is more focused on being fairly substantial (At least stuff on the scale of Bring Down the Sky) and they don't pull a bait and switch with us in ME2 like they did with DA:O.

A pistol would be nice. Currently we have 2.
Same for SMGs. Seriously show some idea of balance here BioWare.
Give us a Mass Effect version of the Fallout Alien Blaster as a handgun, complete with the awesome kill animation. The coolest handgun ever!!

I hated the rocket launcher, it would never lock onto a target, just flew right past like 3 guys. After that I just used the Collector particle beam.
Now I have never bothered with it because I just use the blackstorm projector or collector particle beam all the time but aren't you supposed to manually lock on to things?
You can blind-fire it around the corner without walking far enough to start the countdown. It will seek out a mech and hit it, and it will come after you. Destroy, rinse, repeat twice more. Then walk on down and Tah-Dah! 20/20.

There is no minigun heavy weapons yet though. Or a spike launcher. Of course,
those probably wouldn't work with power cells very well. Some sort of sonic or
concussive/shockwave weapon could still be done though. I loved that shockwave
gun in the movie District 9. I could actually get behind a gun that sends
people flying, even those darn krogan. Of course, it probably wouldn't work
against targets with armor or shields (stupid).

The only remaining heavy weapon we need is the dobie-o-matic.
Oh god, don't give them more ideas! That's just going to lead to more heavy weapon DLC!
In all seriousness though, we do need more small arms, particularily a heavy SMG and a small, rapid fire semi-auto pistol, I.E. more in line with the ones from ME. (Though where it would fall classification wise is beyond me)

or you know....you could just one shot all three with a nuke since that is all it takes unless you are on insanity and get an even essier 20/20....and your heavy ammo fill up at the beginning of the mission

HeheI ALWAYS do this, it's so great
I always nuke the two and then assault the third
if you pull the cain out immediately and start cahrging as soon as you start going down the slope you will fire in time to incinerate all three with one single shot.....or you can use the infinite nukes glitch....but it never worked for me

I feel sorry for Bioware, no matter what they give us people are going to whine about the fact it is not what they want. Sound like my teenage son when I gave him a car, he whined is was not what he wanted and not cool and his friends would laugh.. Oh well, I sold the car and bought my wife a new one.. He can get a job and buy what he likes..
It's a great weapon, one of my favorite now.. I needed something for husk swarms on Insanity..
Right now flamethrower is best against husks. Just have to backpedal while using.

Yeah...I've never been able to figure out where to aim it to take out 3...seems easier to just stand outside the script-activation area and chip away at their health with the homing rockets.

DA:O Daggers were not bugged, just few understood how they worked. They patched the daggers to change how damage was calculated, and depending on how you were optimising, actually made them weaker. No matter though, in the hands of a Cunning based Rogue/Duelist, they absolutely demolished most opponents, both pre&post patch. A high Cunning Duelist/Bard destroyed the game even on the most difficult setting.
