For reasons beyond me my account seems to have reset itself.

I purchased NW2 ages ago and initially made this account.  Having forgotten about it till the release of DA:O, I then prompted to register the game to this account as well.  Everything was working fine and I registered all of my redemable codes to this account as well.

Now here is where the problem starts.  Skip forward a couple months to me purchasing ME2.  I decided to check the email for this account so I can get the dragon age armour in ME2 only to find that while the forums remembers my username and password it has removed a large amount of my game data in paticular which games I own.  I have since re-registered DA:O to this account yet can not reuse my redeemable codes for the extra features.

Addition:  I had checked that this was the account my DA was loaded to by loading up the game to find it still logged into this account.

Any idea what has happened?

I have a similar problem but with Mass Effect 2.

In the my games list it looks like i've registered the game because it gives me the option to remove the registration but but in the my games menu and in the official DLC it acts like I haven't registered the game at all.

All the DLC content associated with your account should appear on the http://social.biowar...ntitlements.php page. The email address it thinks is associated with your account will also be listed on that page.

If it doesn't and you are sure that is the email address you redeemed it with, you would have to contact EA Support and get them to sort things out for you.

Those don't change to reflect ME2 registration.  You can see that ME2 is registered to your account by going to the Games tab in your profile.  The Official DLC page is static, and will always offer up the Cerberus Network for purchase to everybody, whether they have it or not.

You are epic. Thank you so much, it showed that the dlc was all registered to this account (which means I can now register ME2 to this account).



Oddly enough the games registration has been reset, but as I said before it seems to have let me re-register it to this account so its no biggy.

Though looking through I have lost the vast majority of my info concerning DA. Ahhh well.
