The hold of the collector ship when your teammates say "they're going after Earth!!!" got me thinking. 
That ship's definitely not big enough to hold every human on Earth, but they might get all of the humans on the Citadel or Omega.
This brought me to the collector-created plague on Omega.  Were they just culling off every non-human race so they could 'collect' the humans on Omega?
