My most recent lithograph order was royally screwed up; and to say that I am disappointed is to say the least. :(

You should submit a support ticket to the Bioware Store. That would be the easiest way to get support.

Take pictures to document the damage if you haven't already. That being said, Bioware seems pretty good at customer service with these things if these forums truthfully reflect it.

Just a quick update as we've already spoken with Vault, but all damage Lithographs will be replaced and going forward we'll be shipping all lithographs flat.
