I've tried to link my Xbox Live Gamertag to my EA account and it says it's already been used. This probably happened when I downloaded the Blood Dragon Armor for DA:O
I don't remember which email or if I have linked it at all, is there any way to tell by my Gamertag what email I've linked it to?

Well the EA account-Gamertag linking process has always been screwed up, and it always says that there's an error or that your GT has been taken already.
A way around this is to email EA Customer Support and have them manually link it for you, although while you're emailing them the site will probably ask you for your:
Gamertag
Email account you are using for your EA account (so they can email you about the status)
Email account of your GT (which you can see on www.xbox.com under the Account Management area, I think)
Date of birth on the GT
I recall having to include all of that in my email to them but after a while, probably a few days, (they are busy with the recent release of Battlefield Bad Company 2) they'll let you know that they've linked your EA account to your Gamertag.
BUT, this process takes away your access to the Cerberus Network and any other EA game's store system (BFBC2's VIP store, for example), so until that bug is fixed I wouldn't exactly ask them to link your account and GT just yet.
Good luck.

Thanks, I'll take your word for it and wait it out a bit. Haha
