first you have to buy the game.
second its Dwarf only... so probably referring to their 'ancestors' and such. Other than that, I haven't found an answer either on how to get it. Though everyone seems to thinks it definitely exists.
I think maybe it is ingame but unused... i.e. it is in the item database but has yet to be used. Maybe they are working on a DLC that will give Dwarf Nobles the option of becoming king themselves.... I will hope and pray for the Force to provide that as the answer. lol

Nope. the paragons crown is wearable and is found as a random event in the deep roads.

I think it's a mod. I don't think it's part of the original game.

I would not place too much stock in it. After all, Cardain stated that no Golem could touch/strike the Anvil. and then he as a Golem proceeds to fashion a crown on it. Then this so called Anvil shatters from one hit by some interloper that is still tired fighting over it.
'Tis only smoke & mirrors....

I think Caridin rather stated that a golem cannot *destroy* the anvil.

Also note that he was using tongs and such to hold the crown in place, not his own hands. Not that he would have any reason to touch the Anvil while making it, anyway,

Guys! was only joking! But as I recall, my Warden did not touch the Anvil either; just a single smite with a hammer was enough to smash the thing.

The Paragon Crown is indeed an in-game resource but not implemented in the main game. It's in the toolset and hence appears in the wiki, but as the wiki link will show you the description is the same as the Templar's Helm. The only other example of this sort of 'wrong labeling' is Sophia Dryden's uber rare Warden Tower Shield, so I suspect the Paragon Crown is meant for an NPC to use (e.g. Bhelen/Harrowmont when you crown them).
As far as I know this is hogwash, unless anyone can offer proof.ryanbushell wrote...

What does that have to do with the topic? And this is the no-spoilers forum anyway.

There is an extremely rare (I never get it playing on easy or casual) random encounter with a bunch of shrieks when traveling the Deep Roads map. You get stuck in a small cave with a few fractured crystals and some Deep Roads architexture and the Shrieks appear out of nowhere and swarm you. It is extremely rare. The helmet is pretty much useless. It doesn't upgrade with the merchants and it is at Rough level. There is no special attributes assigned to it. It is pretty much only for decoration.
I tend the get the random encounter between Aeducan Thaig and Caridan's Cross.

Brandon - no. You can make Alistair marry Anora (he must be hardened) but if you recruit Loghain he will always leave your party.
I've never seen any Paragon Crown - does it never appear in the PC version?

You can get the crown if you go back to the Kocari Wilds and buy it from the chasind trader.
