Guys do you think the Bioware may annouce an 'awakenings' type expansion for mass effect 2 at the game developers conference in san fran?

My guess would be an announcement of that type at E3.

Sure they'll talk DLC if they're going to GDC. Just not an expansion.

I also think that if there is any expansion talk it would be at E3, at this moment its a little soon.

Well, the DA team announced Awakenings only several months after release of the game. I imagine it may not coincide with ANY show, it will just happen one day...

A quick perusal of the GDC website shows that there are a couple of talks/sessions that will involve Bioware employees taking part, most notably CEO Ray Muzyka, Christina Norman (lead gameplay designer for ME2), and Armando Troisi (lead cinematic designer for ME2). I don't believe, however, that they'll be leaking anything about future DLC or expansions at GDC.

No its an obscure reference that harkens back to old adventure games where you had to type in what to do

Well I guess I will just wait and see, I certainly wouldn't be suprosed if they announce something as they didn't mess around with annoucning the DA expansion
