Will they be, in the end of the Dual-Wield line, able to dual wield two longswords?

In the dual-weapon training line, the 4th spell is dual weapon mastery in both the rogue and warrior, although u need to b level 12 iand have 36 dex. I made a dwarf ranger in ddo that used 2 dwarven waraxes, o' the great memories.

My rogue uses two named axes, its really sweet.
