implement the patch. I downloaded it and for some reason it saved to my desktop and I have no idea where to even put it in the dragon Age progrm file... Help.

Its an executable, just run it (double click).

Yeah... an error message just pops up saying Installer Integrity check has failed.

Downloaded new patch and soldiers peak is empty...no lvy and most important all my items and party box not there . can anyone help pls?

May or may not be directly related to installing the patch, but it sounds like the Disappearing DLC Bug. The patch did touch some of files used to authenticate the DLC.
Check out the DLC In-Game Errors FAQ
Section 1 deals with recovering from Disappearing DLC.
Section 5 deals with the Dragon Age Origins Content Update service.
I'd do things in this order.
- Exit the game
- Make sure the service is running properly, per Section 5.
- Restart the game
- Load your latest save and see if Warden's Keep is back to normal
- If its not see Section 1 for how to recover
