I thought it would be a good idea to gather all the information about unique armors & weapons in one thread.

Please post name and information about a weapon or armor you consider good.

Dragon Scale;
To get this armor gather 9 dragon scales and go to the loony smithy in Denerim and he will create a Dragon armor for you. You pick the scales up from different places around the world, 2 notable places that i picked them up were in circle of magi and during the urn of ashes questling. Note that i have note completed this quest myself but i have seen other people post explaining this.

Robes Of Possession
+5 magic
12+ Defense
8+ spell resistance
-1 willpower
+20 cold damage
I found this robe after chosing to kill flemeth, it should be located inside her house. This robe is the most powerful robe i have acquired yet and im pretty long into the game.

Worth noting that the armor you seem to be referring to is actually drake scale and not dragon scale. Dragon scale will get you an entirely different, much better armor.

Actually, it's 6 drake scales and 1 dragon scale for Wade's armor.

Gorim's Sword(Red steel)

Damage 9.80

Crit chance 2.80%

Armor penetration 3.20

2+ Damage vs darkspawn

2 slot's for enchantment

You can buy this sword pretty cheap off a dwarf in Denerim, he is just by the marked and hard to miss you.



Im sorry if someone has already created such a thread but i did not find one so i decided to create one myself. questions about armor can be posted here instead of having to create a new thread about it.

You will need drake scales first so the weaponsmith at denerim can train befor he can craft the "dragon scale made" set.

i was alittle confused about the armor as i only found 2 drake scales.

I got Mine Right after The Urn Quest and I only Found 3 Drake Scales. Once I find more I'm going to try and go back and get a second set

Truth betold im a little disappointed about the weapon and armor selection ingame, i mean i have been stuck with the Blood Dragon armor half the game and i've pretty much been using the same weapons too.

could someone post a mini guide to acquire the judgement set? i have yet to find it, but i know it's the best armor ingame.

I havnt gotten a chance to see it yet. At the moment im wearing a full set of the Legion gear that I got while i was looking for Branka, and to be honest im probably never going to get ride of it because my little dwarf looks tough as hell.

Here is how to get the judgment set, and yes it rocks.

****SPOILER AHEAD****

Go the the Brecilian forest, enter the very eastern part of the forest and go to the Ancient tombstone at the very top (northern most) part. Interact with it and you can enter a battle and at the end of the battle you will find one piece on the main monster. Then you can proceed to to other tombstones, one in each original area of the forest and one deep down in the ruins which is tough to get too. Each tombstone has a battle and a piece of the armor. BTW if one of the bosses seems to have 2 pieces of the armor only one will end up in your inventory, don't worry you will still get all 4 pieces in the end. This is one of the best side quests in the game in my opinion.
