Anyone else have this problem?? I talk to the Seryna chick, and then agree to go after thane, but then I get the loading screen, and Mass Effect stops responding.....I've never had an issue with this in the past, and can load th game no problem, it just seems to be stuck while trying to load it....anybody have any ideas????
I can't seem to get the first Thane mission on Illium to load

I am having the same exact issue..have skipped that mission and went to other's, no problem, come back to this mission and I get stuck at loading screen...very frustrating

I'm having the same problem... No one has found a fix for this? I've checked all my settings, and the game runs fine otherwise. I downloaded the game through Steam, and am running it on a quad core processor with windows 7.

hah, was just chatting with EA technical support, and he suggested I post about my issue here... Sheesh. However, he did send it on up the ladder for tech support, so I'll post here if I find out anything.

Run an integrity check with steam, because it sounds like file corruption.

How do I run an integrity check? Sorry, I'm not terribly computer proficient. Was just poking around in Steam, and didn't see anything obvious on how to do that. Thanks.
