I could imagine some great strategies with area effect powers like throw field, area dominate, or whatever. It really opens up a lot of possibilities IMO.

One thing is for sure, this is the best heavy weapon so far imo :]

Okay, now I have a video (For anyone curious about it and who haven't tried it out, nothing you won't discover within about 20 minutes of use): Arc Projector
Cheers for that Gatsby, nice to know I've got this to download tonight

1) The first couple strikes will completely strip armor
2) It appears it will shoot a maximum of 5-6 targets
3) Explosive containers count as a bounce-to target, but the combo will end as soon as they are hit
4) It appears if a container is hit, it explodes with the same force as an overload. Unknown if this is true or not but the explosions I saw had huge aoes
5) It does NOT one shot husks. However, it causes them to instantly stop moving and be stuck in place for about 1.5 seconds. Good enough to buy you some time.
So overall, not as good as the Avalanche but still pretty good against husks. Not good on scions. Did very little damage, less than an HP shot.

Anyway, I think Bioware gave us the Acc Projector to boost the caster classes. Think about it. It seems crappy against boss types, but can strip defenses off of regular troops with minimal aim and large spread. Adepts (or biotics in general) should really shine with this weapon.
Also, all your vids are really well put together, Average Gatsby. I suspected my problems with my Engineer were becasue I wasn't maxing my passive abilities first, and you confirmed it. Keep up the good work, man.

I love it for all my characters. My Soldier included. I'm finding myself actually using a heavy weapon alot more than I used to which really was just on stuff like the Geth Colossus, fights with Ymir mechs, etc.JediPilot0 wrote...
Ok, so it turns out you have to register your games to post on some of the sub forums here....

I'm going to take it on the reaper IFF now. I'll let you know how it handles husks.
I bet you are going to love it. actually, when you shoot it through husks, electric light travels to near by husks as well. so they all died easily. it is the same way when you use it against heavy armor robots (for example, smuggled cargo mission). I think that Arc projector is just working for almost most enemies. so if you are in infiltrator class, when you bring with widow rifle, and this, they will be very deadly.
