 I've defeated the crime boss, left through the shop's front door... and nothing happens.  I'm free to roam the city (mostly) at my leisure.  The guards never try to arrest me, Duncan never appears.  I've entered and exited the shop a dozen times, even reloaded from Auto-Save, fought and killed him again, and same problem.  HELP!
