So I have money, and you have product: let's trade. Unfortunatly, everytime I go to the checkout page or the add points page, I get redirect to the home page of my profile. How can I add bioware points to my account then? I've tried using internet explorer, firefox, and chrome.

I tested this about an hour ago and just tested again. I'm not seeing this issue. Using Firefox 3.5.8
What have you guys tried? Perhaps try logging out of the site, shutting down your browser, then fire it up again and log in. See if that makes a difference.

Weird. I went right through the process up until I actually had to complete the transaction. No issues.

yup...logged out...cleared cache...disabled security settings...same result on IE, chrome and firefox
I got a response from EA support which was completely useless...told me to delete the contents of my PC's temp folders and make sure no other programs were running...which obviously made no difference. So now they've asked for my e-mail, birthday, postal code and game registration code (CD key I assume...not really sure). Waiting for another response.

I've tried 3 different accounts....unless Bioware doesn't like me using the @, there is something totally bugged about this issue....pretty sure I can live without giving bioware any extra money if they cant get their sheeeit together.

just went through the live chat thing and was told "this is a temporary issue and our engineers are working on it". I bet. It's been broken for months.
I guess BioWare just doesn't like money?

I'm having the same problem... http://social.bioware.com/lockbox.php produces "Error". http://social.biowar...?dest=addpoints and http://social.biowar...p?dest=checkout both redirect to me to http://social.biowar.../user_home.php. I created my account today... and I've tried in Firefox 3.6 and Chrome 4.0.249.89 on a freshly built machine with no temp or cache files to clean up.

Can't buy bioware points either..been trying to add the ostagar add-on but it keeps reloading the default page on my bioware account. No options to buy anything!@#$ I've tried using other links that show the add-on for ostagar but it's not working it keeps bringing me back to my account homepage.

Same. I bought the digital deluxe version a while back, and for some reason or other I needed to register my game. I could have sworn I did it before, as I was able to downloaded the included DLC with the digital deluxe version. Now I want to play ostigart, and I cant buy any points!

I don't know if this has anything to do with it, but I noticed the "official DLC" section of the site, for me, does not include ostigart as part of its DLC options.

I made my account way back when DA:O first came out. So it isn't just new accounts that are getting screwed. I never changed any information, email is the same, password, all of it is the same.

I'm having the same issue too... after telling me to clear the cache, disable the pop-up blocker, clear my temp files, and close other programs, they said that I should contact my ISP... wtf is my ISP gonna do about a broken link? Come on people... Great games, but HORRIBLE websites and DLC distribution.
