Okay. This may be a long walk, but I can report success. I went back to the original email that Bioware sent me for registering. From there, I clicked on the get help with your account tab. From there, used the "support links, email us" option. Entered the account info, filled in the email us fields, chose to do a live talk, waited 40 minutes, and finally "talked" to a tech dude.
He wanted me to clear the cache, or try another browser, etc. Didn't work. He then asked what OS I was using, what DLC I was looking for, etc. He said he was going to bump the issue up to his boss, but in the mean time, was going to give me the Wardens Keep DLC as a good faith gesture.
Long long story short. I checked ingame, and sure enough, the Wardens Keep was downloading. On a whim, I tried one last time to buy points for Return to Ostagar.....out of the blue...it takes me to the checkout page.
Whether they actually fixed this, or when he comped me the Wardens Keep it did something, I have no clue. The info I gave him was Windows 7 OS, 64 bit, IE 8.
Not sure why it works now, but I'm not complaining....you should all try and do live chat, and see if they at least don't give you a free DLC. I now have all the extra content thats offered.

Already did a live chat, it was a complete waste of time. Waited half an hour for the guy to tell me that they're aware of the problem and "working on it", with no ETA of resolution or anything. No response since.
At this point, I'm over it. They've lost my business.

Still not able to. I did everything possible to try and fix the issue from my end. It seems the link is broken or "locked".

Yeah same with me, I'm trying to add points but every time I get "a general error has occurred", what is this crap? I'm trying to BUY DLCs and they can't even set up a descent shop for it? No wondering people are pirating when we have to go though this crap to get it legally.
