When you got the light saber in Dark Forces II: Jedi Knight.

The falling ship level in the same game.

When getting out of Irenicus' Dungeon for the first time.

Reaching the top in Ice Climber, my first game!

When that crawling monster jumped through the two-way mirror in Resident Evil 2.

Hrm... There's so many, but the
first one that comes to mind for me is finding out who Revan is in
KOTOR. Got a big, "HOLY CRAP!" and "Why didn't I figure that out
earlier?!" from me.

Yeah, that was a bit of a surprise.

The ending to Mw2 was too epic. I remember just thinking to myself: "Im not going to do what I think Im going to do" when you look at the knife in your chest and start mashing it out.

Personally I thought the ending to MW1 was way better where Imran Zakhaev is walking slowly towards you killing off injured survivors and Price with his dying breath (or what we thought was his dying breath at the time) slides you his sidearm and you take out Imran and his goons, then the Russian military comes along and airlifts you out of the area and the final thing you see is a frustrated soldier trying to revive what looked like a dead Captain Price.

You probably had a hard time figuring that out because it diddnt really make sense (especially if you played a light side character). Can anybody tell me why this plot twist is so good? Sure it is unexpected but that is because it doesnt really make sense, I mean I had no idea that the Jedi could erase minds (Especially the mind of a powerful Sith lord) and even if they could them being Jedi would be against the idea. Sure the plot twist might have made sense if our character had amnesia and couldnt remember who he was (similar to the nameless one in PT) but as far as we know he knows who he is and his past (which isnt a powerful Sith lord) so the whole plot twist comes as rather unexpected.

So please tell me how this is a clever plot twist?

Oh I forgot to add in my earlier post. That is having something to prove when I finally got "What Are You Trying to Prove?" on Left 4 Dead.

For me, the most memorable moment in gaming is the intrusion of Torment in Guild Wars: Nightfall.  Betrayal, slaughter and a full-scale demonic invasion.  Also memorable because it has one of the most challenging missions in Guild Wars right in the middle of it all.

In ME2 there's a Quarian that goes on about their ship names and how he'd like to be on one like the Deferens. Which would make his name vas Deferens. It was just so unexpected, I cracked the hell up.

EDIT:  Oh, and I'm really fond of the sky fights in both Wet and Afro Samurai.  One with a gun, the other a sword, both pretty awesome.

Man, me and my friends didn't even know of most of the good glitches to get through those campaigns. We did use the Jesus room, the fence+cooler combo on the Crane in Dead Air, and the rafters in the barn for the finale of Blood Harvest. Other than that it sucked those campaigns took so long to finish.
