Am I not supposed to get the Warden's Keep and the Stone prophet upon purchasing the collector's edition?

Stone Prisoner, you get with your CE. Warden's Keep comes with the digital deluxe only. You have to purchase one or the other DLC if you want both.

I got the Stone Prisoner and Armour with my standard edition. The only DLC I didn't get was Warden's Keep (which I paid for).

Thank you for the replies, I can't get the stone prisoner to download at all, its listed as 1200 points. I guess I will go ahead and pay for the warden's keep if it doesn't come with the collector's edition and hope that EA decides to answer my ticket.

Sorry I just figured out that the reason I couldn't play it was I was an idiot *lol* didn't see that shale was a third code sorry for the waste of time there.
