When i go to the DLC section of this social.bioware website, it says 'cerberus  network" with "learn more" "redeem code" and "Buy now"

I've already registered my mass effect 2 key on this website. I bought mass effect over steam. I've also been allowed to download the eviscerator/armor and zaeed DLC weeks ago.
Now it forces me to register my code again... so i type it back in correctly over and over and it keeps saying "this code has already been redeemed". I've even copy+pasted the code. 

Help. Why are there so many issues with key registering and permissions recently? Is it because of the (unneeded) forum change?

Sound like tech problem maybe with steam hm

good luck with ea i've e-mailed them twice for help getting my dlc to work both times they sent me instructions they got from the bioware page that i had and avoided answering my questions and if you try calling them i wish you the very best of luck getting them to answer the phone but if you need it its 0870 2432435

You should be able to download everything from there. If not, yeah, type to give support a call.

You bought it over Steam. As I understand you get your DLC through Steam as well, in that case. I can't be 100% sure, but that's how it works with most Steam games.

And to the other poster, steam doesnt have any DLC for the game. All steam does is give me the patches.
