Also, Rise of the Robots for the 3do was the probably the worst fighting game ever made, even worse than Shaq Fu.

LOL Almost had me there.
Legendary on Xbox 360, probably to most stupidly disappointing game of this generation for me. The premise is basically an art thief bumbles into opening Pandora's Box and unleashes mythical creatures on the world that only he can stop and put right. Basically, imagine the end of the first Ghostbusters movie and go from there. I was hooked right there, then I pick it up... and oh god. Barely PS2 graphics on a next gen console, enemies respawn 80's style, story is violently stupid, overly primitive feel to the whole game... It was like they made it over a weekend as a joke.
Other honorable mentions go out to Silent Hill Origins, Vampire Hunter D, NARC, Alone in the Dark and... I should probably stop listing things before I consider revenge upon their makers.

OMG! Vampire Hunter D? I forgot I had that game. I got it for the PS1 when it first came out. I was 17 back then and still in my lame "anime phase" and I figured I'd like it despite the crap reviews. Big mistake, the controls were so bad they made Tomb Raider feel like Mario 64.
Since we're on the subject of the worst games ever made let me go ahead and mention a couple others.
Tresspasser for the PC! The physics in that game were so bad that it made everything unplayable. Also I remember the system requirements for the time were ruthlessly unforgivable, even worse than Crysis when it first came out.
Also...
Robocop for the Xbox!

I kept Vampire Hunter D as an example of how NOT to choose a game. I was so stoked when I got it, but disappointment is rare this palpable...
If you thought Vampire Hunter D was bad, you should play Countdown Vampires! I used to rent crappy games as a hobby.
