Finally! Yeah same problem here. I wanted the new gun, and everybody is like "wow nice.." and I can't even log in to the Cerberus Network. Seems like people already did download it, but I can't. So I don't know if the network if down or it's just certain people who have this problem.

Honestly, I'd just say to wait for a while and see if it's up again later. I didn't have any problems downloading it myself, thankfully.

I know it's not xbox live. It must be the Cerberus Network. I'll give it try again later.

Im having the same problem with the Cerberus Network, ive tried all day but it wont let me log in to CN but xbox live is working fine

Yup, same here. It's definitely the Cerberus Network. Damn I really wanted to test out the new gun. For some reason since I tried to log on to the network my 360 has a 30 sec. delay at powering on and starting up games. They say it is a sign of a hdd going bad, bull crap it was fine till this problem happened.

I can select it in the Cerberus network, but it will never let me download it. It sits there for several minutes with the download button greyed out.

It still logs me out right after it asked me if I want to update. It must be going through a fix or something with that new dlc coming. Anyone still having this problem?

I keep getting "Communication with Mass Effect 2 server was interrupted or has timed out". It has been working fine since release and now just fails to connect every time... any suggestions why? The rest of Xbox Live seems to be working fine.

Hey! I just found out it's not the Cerberus Network. It may be xbox live. Just today I decided to play Gears of War 2 and there's an update, and guess what it didn't let me update just like it happened with Mass Effect 2 all of a sudden. So my only guess is that it is xbox live or my hdd. Which explains the sudden 30 sec. start up, but my hdd was fine. I think its something to do with xbox live. It keeps telling me it can't update, and to check my connection (which is fine).

Maybe all of this has to do with that new update that is supposedly coming. Still I'm thinking of calling up xbox customer service.

Reset my router and changed the Xbox system clock as was 5mins fast and "Communication with Mass Effect 2 server was interrupted or has timed out" has gone and can now get the DLC again.

So you're able to access the Cerberus Network? I have a dsl modem. So all of this is time related? Man, I need help I really want that sweet Kasumi dlc, and crap that new announcement which is coming in five days.
