See the Profile button on the sidebar underneath your avatar? Linger on that for a second and a new menu will pop up. Click on Add BioWare Points. You'll then be asked to confirm your password and then you'll be taken to a new screen where you can buy your points.

Thats the theory.. In real you get the same screen again and no possibility to buy points.Damsel of Distress wrote...

Damsel - what is happening is when you click profile > add bioware points it acts like its going to go to a different page, but all it does is load http://social.biowar.../user_home.php. The same thing happens if you try to click the dragon age advert to add more points. This is happening to me too, and it started last night.

Yeah, having the same problem. Trying to buy Return To Ostagar but whether I click the ad on the left, the Add Bioware Points menu option or the in-game button I just get booted back to the homepage and informed that the recent activity feed is unavailable. Ugh.

Is this being worked on? I'm having the same problem right now, and I was going to buy the return to ostagar as well.

EA doesnt understand that pay-to-play DLC is a crappy business model when the only way to buy it is broken.

And I'm another one to add to the list. Has this happened before? If so, how long did it take to fix? :/

I solved this problem by changing my ea.com password to match my Bioware password.

fixed my problem by logging into my ea account (and staying logged) while buying points, kinda wierd you gotta do that.

Seems to be fixed overall. Did the same stuff I tried last night, this time it worked.

I'm not getting Bioware tokens for purchasing DA:A through XBox Live. How can I get?

Wow man...this is a 20 day old thread about Bioware points and your talking about Bioware Bazaar tokens?
*sigh*....as long as youve registered your game through the social network, as it looks like you have, then it should happen. It may take a while (approx 8 hours) but the fact that its from xbox live shouldnt matter. And seriously, make a new thread next time, man...and not in the 'store' forum as the Bazaar tokens have nothing to do with the store...

I'm very new so please excuse my stupidity. What are the Bioware points exactly and how do you use them? I have 3200 and don't know what to do.
