Halo 3: ODST
Fairly short game, that.
And before that...Fallout 3 + Broken Steel, I suppose...
What was the last Single Player game you have finished?

I too rarely complete games as well. I can't tell you how many times I made it to the crater in FFVII and just stopped playing before fighting the end boss.
I own at least a dozen games that I have stopped playing at about the half way point and just set the game aside. I enjoyed the game and keep telling myself I will go back and finish them.
The last one I did actually beat was the Witcher. As for Bioware games, I have beat Mass Effect 3 times, KotOR 3 or 4 times, Jade Empire and NWN once. I don't remember if I beat BG or not. The fact that I actually beat Biowares games is a testament to their quality.

It's funny, RPGs are my favorite but I rarely play them long enough to beat them. The last game I beat was Batman Arkham Asylum. The last RPG I beat was Mass Effect and I honestly don't know what kept me going on that game because in my opinion, the story wasn't all that great and most of the environments were sterile and had little character.
Beating the Witcher before Dragon Age comes out is kind of a priority. I am a big fan of Oblivion (fully modded of course) and I worry that when Dragon Age comes out I won't be playing many other games for a long time to come. I guess until The Old Republic comes out of the oven.

Last RPG: Mass Effect or NWN1 (They were close to each other) and NWN2 before all of them.
Last game: Tomb Raider: Underworld
I also finished KOTOR2 but never KOTOR1.

inFAMOUS. Unfortunately, when I run through an RPG, it stops holding interest to me. As much as I enjoy the journey, when you find out how it all ends, going through it again and thinking 'crap, it's just going that way again' gets me down.
The only real exceptions to that have been Baldur's Gate 1 & 2, which I'm going to reinstall here in a few days, I think. I love going through them (especially with Tutu) and always find new and interesting ways to do things. The last actual RPG I finished was Star Ocean: the Last Hope, and Tales of Vesperia before that. Prior to that, FF Tactics: War of the Lions and Shining Force 2, both for the kabillionth time.

I don't finish nearly as many games as I intend to :/ Let's see, over the past year, in no particular order, and including only games which CAN be finished (eg. not Sims 3 or Empire: Total War). Kind of depressing that Risen and Fable 2 are the only non-casual games I actually finished ><
Last one was Risen, last week for me too.

Hmmm probably Vampire:TM which I found in a fleamarket a week ago. I have to say that is one of the best FPS / RPGs I've ever played and will probably be one of the games that I go back to and regularly beat once every few years.

just finally finished fallout 3
It would have been a decent stand alone title, but Fallout 2 being one of my fav games...my expectations were waaaaaay too high. I'm hoping I'm not doing the same thing to DOA with my BG love.
