I agree about FO3. You need to finish it then you wont say ever again it's one of your favorites.SPW0229 wrote...
You need to finnish Fallout 3 and NWN2.Valente11 wrote...
I just now realized I've NEVER beaten a game that came out in the last 3 or so years: Mass Effect, Fallout 3, Oblivion, lost Odessy, fable 1 &2, KOTOR, BGII, jade empire, NWN2....all favorites of mine, all of them unbeaten. huh.
What was the last Single Player game you have finished?

i just finished KOTOR2 for likw the millionth time, awesome game
I read so many reviews saying it was basically a half-finished product, so I did not pick it up. Should I re-evaluate my decision?

For me, in order:
NWN including SoU, HotU, and most of the premium downloads
KotOR
Microsoft Freelancer (surprisingly enjoyable)
Until recently I've been playing Sins of a Solar Empire, which is like Solitaire+Minesweeper raised to the tenth power. I've unlocked something like 93% of the achievements. Not sure I'll grind through the last ones though. I was not even close to finishing NWN2: That game seemed more like a chore than an enjoyment to me.
Games I thought about, but did not buy: KotOR2 and Mass Effect.
I actually was hoping to be playing the Wyvern Crown of Cormyr premium download for NWN about now, but apparently missed that Atari yanked all the premium downloads from the market.

Long story short: It is a half-finished product - it might be fun for a while if you've really been into KOTOR, but overall it is quite likely to disappoint you.Hreth wrote...

Edit: On topic: Last singleplayer game I finished was Star Trek: Bridge Commander. Late to the party, I know. Pretty good game, although for my taste it lacked "character development" compared to the Starfleet Academy series.

Batman: Arkham Asylum is the last story-based game I've completed, though I've finished games in Empire: Total War and Civ IV since then.

Hmm, I believe it was Mass Effect - Truly a good game that has a pretty good replay value.

Completed Castlevania: Symphony of the Night yesterday.
For the next days I try to get through Assassin's Creed.
Tried it earlier but the repetition of tasks got me to quit early.

I just finished Mass Effect today, again. Last week I finished Fallout 3 and the week before it was Prince of Persia (great style, though far too simple). I look forward to playing Borderlands during this next week when my copy arrives and expect to have it beaten by next weekend.

I just finished KOTOR 2 last night, though that wasn't the first time I've played it. If you're talking about the last single player game I beat for the first time... Hm... Probably Fallout 3. All I really play are solo games, and I beat them about 97% of the time. A few I've gotten stuck on and never finished, like Assassin's Creed and Medievil.

Ha I just finished Saints Row 2 as well and close to finishing The Witcher EE too
Yup I was suprised too considering all the problems people were posting about it. However, I saw it on D2D for £5 and thought I would give it a try as I couldnt really loose at that price. Great fun and no problems with it at all.

I think I can list all the games I have completed here in reverse order:
Ghostbusters:
Call of Duty World at War:
Mass Effect
Batman: Arkham Asylum
Fallout 3: (Did not complete Broken Steel or Mothership Zeta)
Rise of the Argonauts (don't laugh!)
Call of Duty 4: Modern Warfare
Battlefield: Bad Company (great multiplayer!)
Prince of Persia
Velvet Assassin
Guitar Hero World Tour (Bass and Guitar careers I think)
Fable II
Star Wars: The Force Unleashed (including DLC)
Crackdown
Amped III
Bioshock
Mirror's Edge
Rock Band (every career except Vocal)
Guitar Hero III
Guitar Hero II
Tomb Raider Legend
Perfect Dark Zero
The Godfather
Quantum of Solace
Tomb Raider Underworld
Brothers in Arms: Hell's Highway (my favorite campaign of the WWII genre)
Frontlines: Fuel of War
Rainbow 6: Vegas
Harry Potter: Order of the Phoenix
Lost Via Domus (Yes, I actually finished this game!)
Call of Duty 3
Call of Duty 2
That's it. Before I got my Xbox 360 I don't think I ever completed a campaign-type game on console or on PC.

Oh come on - the game is excellent up until the endgame. Especially the way the game forces you to use a wide variety of your NPCs over the duration. Nar Shadaa is epic.
