Batman Arkham Asylum. I never thought I could like adventure/action game but this one surprised me and was really good all the way from beginning to the end. I really recommend.

Before that it was NWN2- Mask of the betrayer and before that the Witcher.

The last game I finished was probably NWN2... well the original campaign anyway... As much as I love D&D, the expansions didn't catch my attention as well. I'm not much of a single player game myself lately... Unless the story is really good, I get bored and just stopped playing.
