I keep trying to redeem and download the Stone Prisoner DLC that came with my copy of the game, but when I try to input the code it keeps telling me 'Unable to Redeem Code'.  

I have already registered my copy, FYI.

Tried with and without dashes in it? I forgot if I had to enter them to get mine.

With and without dashes, both capital and lowercase. Nothing worked.

i have the same problem i redeem my code whit the same e-mail and all and its say some thing like the code is good and all but when i try and download it in my game (pc) i dont get any thing any one know what to do?
