These are the ones for scannable anomalies. Scannable anomalies are only detectable if you go to the planet they're located on OR referenced by a related anomaly. Those are the only ones that you might have a hard time finding. If you take your time and don't rush you should be able to find all the other side quests easily. Hard to miss, actually.
