When you first arrive on the Citadel and the scanner pick up the fact that Shepard is dead and walking around the alarm beeps and Kasumi says the previously quoted line.

My favorite line in ME: "You can't predict how people will act, but you can control how you'll respond. In the end that's all that matters." Closely followed by "We are going to need bigger guns."

My favorite line in ME2 is "You can fall in line or step aside, but don't get in my way." or "Human history is a litany of blood shed over different ideals of leadership and afterlife." I like that quote because it's so damn true.

when does this happen?

Can't be sure but I guess it's when you confronted by Uvenk after you kill the thresher in Grunts LM.

Haha, just played that and there are some great lines of dialogue if you screw up this quest:

Shep (in a great reproachful tone): Laaanguage Miss.

(delivery is great)

And Lorik after you had the conversation in the quote above:
Lorik: Please excuse me commander, I feel the need to order some more drinks as long as I can still afford them.

There is also a Legion quote when you're recruiting Jack that kills me.



Legion to Jack "There is a high probability of death by gunshot. A punch to the face is also likely."



I haven'y been able to figure out how Legion got on that mission but it's on youtube if interested.
