Ya this is going to be a bit of an experience I think. Tried to make a simple module, with 1 area, a bit of hills and a cliff with water at the bottom. All was working out pretty good, except that my water showed up fine in the Toolset, but in the game, it wasn't there. So I made my water object bigger, to see if that had any effect in game. Well then I got an Unable to load Module error. So I changed my water back to how it was. Same error. I removed the water completely, same error. I get no errors on the Posting to Local or Exporting with Dependants. So now after removing everything I could think of, including changing my start point to an entirely new area. I'm just gonna have to delete my mod entirely and start over. Oh right, I can't do that either. So after 6 hours into the Toolset, I have 1 permanently broken mod I'm gonna have to ignore for as long as I play the game. I wish I knew why it won't load, if there was a problem with the level or the area. You'd think it would tell me in the toolset, and it was working just fine just before, so... This is going to be an experience.

Im having the same problem, though mine never even loaded in the first place (I've been having this error since the start)... So i figured i might as well create a new one to see if that one works, but still nothing
anyone has a fix for this?

I didn't even save any modules and my save game got destroyed by bugs, then when I tried to create a new game, I got the unable to load module error. So, I tried removing the contents of my override folders, and nothing was fixed, so I uninstalled both the toolset with SQL and the game itself, and now that I created a completely clean install, I still get the same error.
So yeah, apparently simply using the toolset without even creating any mods can destroy your game and any further attempts at installation.

I was having this issue, and doing a 'full export' from the toolset fixed it. After doing one full export, it seems that using 'export with dependent resources' works fine.

Same problem, tried to export some armor in to a DaZip file and install it in to the game, ever since (despite several clean installs) It says whether trying to load or start a new game "Unable to load module" I am quite distraught with this and hope it will get a fix sometime soon.

A Full Export seems to have resolved this issue.
Be aware guys, the Toolset seems very eager to go and mess up the main game. It went and threw a bunch of junk into the override folder and really did a number on my game. Although clearing it out seems to have resolved it.

I think I'll just go do my modding on another PC then...

Ya, if I had an extra one for that so would I. I'm just going to be really cautious. Like do not even open up the Single Player mod. Don't even open it in the Toolset. That was all I did and everything blew up. I think i'll be ok working in my mod, we'll see.
Now that I know how to fix the issues it creates.

First off, make sure the module script is valid, and the starting area and start waypoint are valid. That was my problem with the module not loading. I haven't tried this yet, but maybe if you create a module override folder separate from the single player game one you won't be overriding the game resources. I saw somewhere (search is disabled so I can't give the exact post) there is a hierarchy of folders for resource loading so perhaps if you put your module resources in a lower priority folder you won't mess up the game.
