I'm going to start off saying that this is my 3rd or 4th playthrough so I'm not new to the game, and I haven't downloaded the 1.03 patch (won't now after seeing the bugs people have listed), so it's not the patch or new player error that I'm dealing with.

I'm starting to think that what's going on is all tied together somehow.  First thing is the fact that I'm about 3/4 of the way through the game and I still haven't had the Blackthorn Irregular's quest to talk to the hooded couriers pop up, yet all the others have that come up prior to the Landsmeet and I've finished them.  Secondly, for some reason, a good number of my party NPC's have gone from being friendly to neutral yet still have the same score (case in point - Alistair, Leliana, and Zevran are sitting at 100 but went from being friendly/adore to neutral and Wynne is sitting at 93 and neutral).  Odd thing is, my character is in a tent visiting relationship with Zevran and that's still working even though he went from adore to neutral.  Gifts don't seem to work, except for once when I gave one to Sten (he went from a neutral to a friendly within the space of 6 points - went from 83 to 89).  Also, am in the process of doing the deep roads quest to get to the Anvil of the Void and unlike what usually happens when you start this area of questing, Oghren did not approach me as my party approached the entrance to the deep roads.  I don't know how I'm going to complete this area because when you get to a certain point, he is a required party member for when you approach Branka for the first time.  I've tried reloading the game as far back as possible but nothing seems to work.  Any ideas of what to try or do?
