Soldier
 Overkill-For a certain amount of time you instantly reload thermal clips, to the point where you can continue firing while reloading.
Dual wield(pistols only)- cliche' i know but soldiers could use a decent reason to use pistols. -20% accuracy and double reload time (normal if using overkill). Obviously double ammo capacity but also 10% faster firing rate.
Lock on- Locks onto a target so when you press the lock on button again you immediately switch back to that target.
Infiltrator
Silencer- Works like an ammo power except it only lasts for one clip. When you shoot an enemy with this neither the target nor his allies will be aware that anyone has shot at them.
Stealth melee kill- basically whenever you melee a low level enemy in the back you will pull off a elaborate stealth kill. 
Sabotage-sabotages your enemies weapon so that when they reload the full thermal clip explodes violently. burning through armor and damaging your enemy and anyone within a certain radius.
Vanguard
 Bayonet- an alternative to an ammo power the bayonet attaches to your weapon and makes your melee attack stronger and giving it the ability to pierce shields and armor. Only works for melee attack and still takes 3 hits to take their health out.
Carnage-Your next shot will phase through whatever cover your enemy is using.
Biotic Wind(does not make you a god)-a gale of biotic energy surrounds the vanguard. reduces damage and reflects projectile attacks. 
Engineer
Multi-task-the engineer sets aside his weapon in favor of another omni-tool allowing him two seperate global cooldowns. This lets the engineer combine powers without having to rely on squadmates. -20% tech damage/duration.
turret combat drone-summoned immovable combat drone but with alot more fire power.
deployable cover- basically the one you see the collectors (and geth in the first game) using in the first game. create cover for yourself or to shield your teammates.
Adept
Meditation-basically multi-task but with biotics.
Conduit-throws a targeted object at an enemy.
Stasis- same use as in mass effect 1 but enemies in stasis are considered "objects"
Sentinel 
Kill switch- allows you to use 3 abilities consecutively (must be diferent abilities and must be a combination of tech and biotic abilities) after which you recieve a cooldown equal to 3.5 times your regular cooldown also activates your squadmates cooldown timer(normal cooldown for squadmates.)
Bleed effect- when activated your biotic and tech powers combine effects (overload combines with warp, throw combines with cryo blast, and tech armor combines with barrier.)
EMP- disrupts shields biotic barriers and disables mechs for a short period of time
