Nice picks. I've tried avoiding suggesting actors for the characters that would need CGI, but since this is Hollywood and all, it's doubtful they'd reuse the VAs from the game, so my idea would be...

Jesus God, I have seen that IMDB entry and I really hope it stays in development hell.



Unless you have a great director and writers with vision, backed with a large budget (100,000,000+), you are going to end up with a garbage product (Mario Bros movie anyone?). I'll keep my ME 3 run throughs as canon, thanks.

Don't base it on the games themselves. A different story in the setting would work. Trying to fit ME1, or ME1 and ME2 into 2 hours would warrant an angry, torch and pitchfork wielding mob.

I agree... if they without a doubt have to make a ME movie, that they DO NOT base it on the games.
i was opting after they finished the ME triology that they make a prequal where earth'lings discovered the prothean ruins on mars then leading tto the 1st contact wars. by doing this they could almost make another trilogy of games based on that saga... become the new Star wars!
but if they need to make a movie it should be on this part of the ME timeline

If they do the movie they'll probably base it on the novels. Revelation, Ascension etc. They're not going to make a movie with a Shepard in it because there is no 'canon' Shepard.

Why wouldn't you put Seth Green as Joker?  If this movie ever gets made Green will be playing Joker.  Robert Downey would be a great choice!

RDJ has the wrong look for Shepard. He plays slightly off-beat characters better.

And yes - why wouldn't you cast Seth Green. If you've seen a picture of him lately he pretty much has the Joker beard going on. In fact I'm pretty sure Joker has it because he does.

Sheen is just too old to play TIM. If we were something like 3 or 4 years ago, than it would've been possible. Instead, TIM should be Christopher Walken, he plays a lot of roles similar to TIM in the movies.

Or perhaps Charlie Sheen as TIM. He looks almost exactly like his father does, and with some make-up, would look extremely close to TIM.

Thats just my opinion.
