I'm having a most annoying crash, to say the least.
I am ready to enter the Omega 4 relay (I click enter at the relay and choose my option in the conversation) , and just as the loading screen finishes its business, the game crashes !
Does anyone have the same issue?
I tried to reinstall the game but the same thing happens all the time. At the same point in the game.

I'm having exactly the same problem. Any suggestions? I tried different dialogue options, I tried talking to every member of the team before entering, I even tried doing all the side missions before coming back the the Omega 4 Relay and, it still crashes every time I try entering it.

Yeah after my little romance with Garrus (not what you would expect, don't feel inclined to pursue it) to start the mission, and the ensuing conversation with martin sheen, it starts the cinematic showing the omega 4 relay with dramatic music, then when it switches over to joker inside the ship the video glitches out to some bizarre, intermittent, single-frame artifacts of the scene, and the subtitles are totally whargarbled, and it totally freezes up my system

Same problem. Game runs perfectly fine up to this point. Try and jump through the relay and the video freezes and stutters when Joker starts to talk. Total system failure!
