This is especially frustrating when Im asking for help in one of the spoiler forums (ie DAO Quest, Campaign Warning Spoilers) and have PC owners answering me, telling me to hack the game.

I think that the console owners, should be seperated out from the PC owners so that answers are directed correctly. Like the technical support sections for the game, a forum for Campain and quests (console) and (pc) would greatly help me weed through the NON-console specific answers. I hate getting a reply that says "use the console to edit..." and im like "What console"?

Why not just make a habit of noting in your post that you're on a console?
