I just finished Mordrin's loyalty mission. I decided to look around. I hacked the nearby terminal and I must have hit a button and drew my weapon on accident. Now I can't holster it and hit "B" to end the mission and return to camp. I think I'm going to have to restart the level and do it again. The message comes up "Press B to end the mission" but all he does is his melee attack when I do it. 

Totally annoying.

And for the record I hit the "Back" button on the controller to try and to holster my pistol. Also I see no enemies in the HUD.  I'll hang around for a bit and see if anyone has an answer.

Not a happy camper.

This happened to me in either ME1 or 2, I think i remedied it by talking to someone, or saving and reloading, or doing some action in game.
