No food and water please. No having to take a dump, or brush your teeth or any other boring thing from real life. LOL, how about you loose a point of Persuasion everytime you forget to brush your teeth! Maybe do a physical resistance check if you see a Darkspawn and you have not gone to the bathroom? I am sure we could get some funny companion comments on that one!
