Hi guys. I've got 400 Bioware points, I've downloaded all the other available DLC (the rest of them came with the Digital LE though). For some reason, when I go to the Downloadable Content part of the ingame menu, and select RtO, and try to buy it, it says 'Sorry, your request could not be completed at this time. Please try again later.' It's been doing this for about two weeks I think. Anyone got any ideas? I'm fully patched up, by the way.

I have the same problem as well. When I talked to customer service, they lead me through a bunch of pointless steps and instructions. And after that was all done, they concluded that I had to buy more Bioware points for it to actually work.



No support what so ever after that was said.

I downloaded this content but it says i need to update my version of the game. It says something about the game not meeting the content requirements. Tried looking at the websites but can't find anything. Where do i go to update my game?

You probably need the 1.3 patch. The easiest way to get that is to open up the launcher. At the very bottom there is a banner for advertising, one of them happen to be patch you might need.
