I'm feeling out a Soldier right now, and have one complaint. I often switch between sniper rifle and AR (and sometimes shotgun), and since ME2 on PC stupidly can't bind weapons to hotkeys, I have to scroll between weapons.  The thing is, I rarely use shotgun, so having to switch from sniper to assault with shotgun in the middle is very annoying and takes a few extra seconds.  I think, in the game loadout, you can only switch specific weapons, not weapon type order (despite up and down arrows on the locker thing -.-) I tried modifying coalesced, by going to the weaponloadout soldier line with notepad and changing the order from (I think) Assault Rifle, Shotgun, Heavy_Pistol, Sniper_rifle, Heavy Weapon to AR, SG, SR, HP, HW. Doing so however makes MassEffect2 launch ask for discs (and I did a digital download) and brings up error messages. Is there any way to make the loadout so that AR is default, and so that one scrolling direction brings shotgun and another sniper?

Now that I think about it, I've read you can give other classes the same loadout as soldiers (which I take to mean all weapons.) Is it possible to edit Soldier (or any other class really) weaponloadout in coalesced so that Heavy Weapons and Heavy Pistols are removed? Heavy Weapons look so ugly on your back, especially with soldier looking like some ragtag backpacker with all the **** on your back, and they're mostly useless or break conventional gameplay with their overpoweredness (esp. Cain.)

On the PC, "x" switches to the previously used weapon.

*EDIT*
Also, there are som great .ini editors floating around the extranet.
Try going to masseffectsaves.com and take a look at their mods section.

If you want to change you loadout or your henchmens' loadout yourself, you need the following tools: http://social.biowar...06/index/869923.

The lines to edit in coalesced.ini are under the [SFXGame.SFXPlayerSquadLoadoutData] section.
