I've just looked at the photo you're referring to (2nd one in the "Vive la dynamique de groupe" section , right?) and I'm pretty sure it's the PC, since the scene they show is one we've seen in videos as part of the Morrigan romance.
He does look a lot like Alistair though. Must have been confusing for the pC when he met his twin.

As for a (rough) translation of the bulllet points:
"the story is epic, mature and intense";
"around 8 companions with their own goals who will react to each of your decisions",
"each chapter of the story will have you make hard choices, the consequences of some of which you may not see for several hours",
"at least 70-hour long if you want to explore the world around you"
"the gameplay is elegant and (battles are) much harder that the latest Bioware games [...] tactical combat [...] where you have to make the best use of all the abilities of your companions and combine them. [...] Monsters can also make us of these spell combinations"
"high-end gear is not different enough from the low-level one"
"graphics are far from the best, due to very generic landscapes [...] most areas are small, wih long loading times"
"characters look a little better and animations are much better than in previous Bioware games, but still far from an action game"
There you go.
