For example if I have a level 20 ME1 character does that meant I get 20 points to spend at the beginning of ME2 when I import my charcter? Or is it not that simple?

When you import a character you get bonus experience in ME2 based on your level in ME1. I don't what the exact conversion rate is, but when you import a level 60 character you start at level 5 in ME2. You also get bonus resources, money if you have the rich achievement from ME1 and bonus paragon/renegade depending on your respective levels from ME1.



However, I'm not at what level from ME1 you start getting bonuses

Ahh okay, that is really annoying that you get such a little bonus for a high level charcater...

Piggybacking on this thread to ask another import-related question. Isn't there a maximum number of imported characters you can have? Can I delete them somehow? Not the actual careers, but rather the save games imported from ME1.
