My favorite would have to be the option to kill fist and Dr. Saleon. I took pleasure in both, and I honestly didnt consider letting them live for a second. I also took pleasure in punching that reporter.

I'll have to agree with Catt here, as much as I wanted to save Mr. Alenko, it wasn't even comparable to desire to murder Ashley (that unpleasant impolite racist was getting on my nerve)

Ashley is an impolite racist, just the way it's likeable.

I hit a few wrong buttons at some point at first (apparently at the place of this exact choice). And I didn't even notice it was that huge, so she died.

Saving the Rachni.

Kaiden: Commander, I can't believe you picked me over Ashley.
Shepard: I didn't, I came back for Captain Kirrahe. "Hold the line!", I love that little guy.

I quite liked having the Rachni Queen's life and the fate of their entire race in my hands after defeating Benezia.

I lso took pleasure in punching that reporter.

yeah, but that was horribly implimented because there was no warning that's what you were actually picking.  It should say [punch her] or something like that.  There is a big difference between telling a reporter to "shut up," and punching her.

I took a lot of pleasure from killing Finch. XD Try to blackmail ME, will you? "What I'm doing here is too important to be stopped by someone like YOU, Finch." *PEW!*

Same goes for that Akuze scientist, especially if I have the Sole Survivor background. "Our unit is avenged, Shepard."

On the Paragon side, I really enjoyed being able to free the Rachni Queen, even if I'd have done it differently. (Brought the Queen's tank with me to a remote, uninhabited planet, and released her there.)

My favorite decision was to recruit Wrex. Not that the decision itself was spectacular or gratifying, but the longterm payoff is huge. I wuv Wrex. One of my all-time favorite video game characters.

The first time I played the game and got to the Wrex confrontation, I was utterly shocked when I saw Ashley kill Wrex, I couldn't believe my eyes! Never had I seen that before in a game ;O So I just had to reload that point save him with my awesome persuasion power. That was sweet <3 Wrex!

Saving the council. I really liked the whole sequence at the end with the big space battle. Sending in the cavalry was just awesome.

Of course that one came back to bite me in the rear end in Mass Effect 2 when the council pretty much fired me. Thanks guys. Thanks for showing me I made the right choice (although I blame lazy writing for that one. Personally I can't see them dropping Shep like this after all he has done... It's just a serious case of "because the plot says so").

When did the council fire you? they pretty much say here is your title back but stick to the terminus systems plus the galaxy is better off with them alive trust me.

Yea. My title. That's about it. No support, no nothing. Every warning I give is treated like it's comming from a raving lunatic. The only reason they didn't really fire me for real is because they don't want to deal with the backlash it might create. But I definetly don't feel like I'm still an agent for the council. I don't get paid, I don't get support and I don't get taken seriously. How is this different from being fired? You'd figure after I gave the order to sacrifice 8 or 9 human cruisers to save their mistrustful asses they could at least do *something* about the collectors, but you'd be wrong.

And I actually went for all the Paragon and apeasing lines when I talked to them. And I was always super nice in ME1 and sent 8 human cruisers to their death to save their asses... (Shep actually learned all of their names, kudos man!) How about some fricking gratitude here? I mean, seriously. The events from ME1 should have shown them that I know what I'm doing and what I'm talking about. But nooooo... The mighty plot device says I'm persona non-grata and so I am...

That's the nature of being a selfless, noble hero. Very often your efforts will go unrewarded, or unnoticed, but you'll do it anyway, simply because it's the right thing to do.

Killing the council. And in one of my playthroughs, intimidating Saren to make him suicide.

A funny quote by Commander Shepard: "The council can kiss my ass".

I've got a few: Kill Ashley, help Zaeed, burn those krogans with the interrupt system, the ending with TIM pissed at me (yeah.. keep smoking wise guy), punch reporters... twice and shoot Conrad.

A few but my best memories in the game.
