During the beginning of the trial when Tali is presenting her case, the camera panes down to her rubbing her hands nervously. Did anyone other than me think that she was actually guilty of the charges? We know that the real truth is that she was innocent, but the whole time after that scene up until the evidence was found, I actually thought that Tali could be possibly guilty.
Did anyone think that Tali was actually guilty?

I think she thought she might have been guilty and sent something she had not properly identified.

No, it seemed pretty obvious that she wasn't really guilty, but that she was not 100% sure that it wasn't indirectly her fault. She was *PRETTY* sure that the things she sent back were inactive, but of course she'd be in doubt when suddenly they charge her of treason for it.

Never occurred to me even for a fraction of a second. Now that you bring it up, no, I do not think it is possible. Even if she made a mistake, she certainly would not do it deliberately.
