I bought a new graphics card and motherboard shortly after buying and installing Mass Effect 2, and now I cannot connect to Cerberus to use my DLC. I am sure this topic has been discussed, but I cannot find a thread on this specific topic. If someone can let me know how to access Cerberus I would be very thankful. Thanks!

Just use your Cerberus login details you created your Cerberus account with.

I suppose I left out a fair amount of detail in my original post. I am able to access my downloads and install them on my PC through the Mas Effect website. My problem is when I try to connect to Cerberus in the game, it says the code is already in use. I cannot find another way to submit my information (i.e. my email address connected with my Cerberus account). Am I missing something really obvious here? How do I login to my Cerberus account in Mass Effect other than using the Cerberus code?

Just use your Bioware Social/EA Account login details to login into your Cerberus account. You don't need to activate the key again. They are only usable once.

If anybody else has the same problem, this is the link that helped me out. I had one minor thing wrong, where I had the game set to auto-login, so it didn't give me the option to login to my EA account.
"If you have previously signed in with the incorrect account, go into the options menu and disable auto-login. Then restart the game and try logging in again with the appropriate login account."

This is not working for me.
I had ME2 installed with DLC, had to format my PC (usually once a year) and therefor had to reinstall ME2, but I cant use my DLC, it needs me to log into ceberus network. When I log into ceberus, it asks me for my key, and when I enter my key, tells me its already in use?
I tried putting off the auto login, but its not working for me.
