This has probably been asked before, but these forums don't have a good search function and Google isn't helping.
I have been investigating this problem for a while and am concerned that I just have a bugged game. If so, it would at least be nice to have confirmation.
I would really like to get the face code from my favorite ME1 Shepard on my Xbox 360 to use on PC. When I open the Squad screen in game, there is no "image code." It does not matter if I am on the Normandy, in combat, or in some other level (some have suggested location affects whether it shows up). It is never there.
I imported the character from ME1 and did nothing to her face, I just accept it as is. If I try to tweak it a little it just reverts to the default which ruins the point, because it would be too hard to reconstruct from scratch. The code never shows up, yet people around the forums tell me they did the exact same thing (imported from ME1), but for them, there is code under the squad screen. I have tried importing a few times, playing the game for a while, checking under different circumstances, before you leave the Cerberus base, after you leave the base, etc.
Has anyone else had this problem and found a solution? Is there something I am not doing that will make the code show up? Right now I am really disappointed in all of this...360 users are attached to their Shepards too...we should get to use their face codes. =(.
Imported ME1 Character Face Code not showing up -- please help!

From what I understand you wont get the face code from a ME1 import possibly due to the differences between ME1 and ME2 face editors. Some people have managed to get the code (or so they claim) by playing the game with an import and then importing it again as a ME2 character but that didn't work for me (might have been PC-version and I have the 360 myself).
All in all I think it's just not possible but I'll be happy to be proven wrong in this

Even if you do get a code for an imported face, it's not right and will not get you the correct face if you type it in. I don't think anyone's gotten the CORRECT face code for an import short of actually knowing what sliders they used in ME 1 and transcribing the numbers to the new system by hand. (I do for mine, and it's how I know the ME 2 code is wrong and what the ME 2 code should be)

Imported characters do not get codes, and there is no way to tweak an imported character's face.

Is there a way to delete the import saves for ME1 on the Xbox without formatting my hard-drive? I have beatten ME1 with the same character a few times and I am starting to get too many new game + saves with the same name. It's a little annoying having to look through all those saves of the
same character just to find the last one that I've played. Any help is
appreciated. Thanks.

I just started a game with my imported ME1 Shepard and I'm at the part where I meet Jacob and when I goto the squad screen, I still do not see his face code. Whats going on?
