Thanks for the advice JosieJ!!! I'm just going to try and equip my back line with whatever I find in the quests between now and the final battle. Im still not sure i will spend the cash on the felons coat for lel tho. thats a lot of coin for an npc. Maybe in my next play through when I have more experience making money.

Second playthrough is definitely better. Just remember one thing. I don't think there is a single bad time to ask for a reward. Sometimes they can be persuaded to up a reward also.

Also, if you want to go the money route, on the dwarven noble origin you can start with over 30 gold. This makes a huge difference right away, although I had spent it all before leaving Ostagar.

Yea, I just recently figured that out. I've been playing my character as a somewhat "noble" character so I wasn;t asking for rewards thinking there was some negative effect. Just replying "it was my pleasure" and crap like that. Can't wait for my second playthrough Posted Image

Being "noble" is nice and all, but Rose's Thorn trumps the feeling of being noble anyday.

Oh, and don't forget. You can upgrade most weapons/armor at Soldier's Peak. It costs to do so, but it's worth it for some items, like the Warden Commanders armor.

I don;t have the Warden's Keep DLC. Keep hearing things about it posted here. I may have to get it.

I'm going to take the low road here and suggest the quick button press trick to rack up some gold since you're on a console.

I'm wicked like that....
