Might be spelling his name wrong. You first encounter him in the Wyrmling lair, when chasing after the urn of ashes quest.

All I want to say is MAN, I loved the voice acting with this character. As a player, I was absolutely thrilled with his voice acting. I was upset my PC could not join up with him and his gang! This guy actually got me into the whole andraste thing. I loved the way this voice actor annunciated Andraste. I was sold.

Then watching him placate the you know what so you could enter the Gauntlet, I was just thrilled.

So yeah, no real spoilers. Just gushing with appreciation. Was only slightly disappointed that he only wiped my party once though. What a bad azz.
